I am coordinating affiliate operations across the European market, with a focus on countries like Poland, the UK, Spain, France, Germany, Czechia, Russia, Ukraine, and Bulgaria.
My extensive experience allows me to grow affiliate marketing effectively even beyond Poland's borders.
As Head of Marketing at the MyLead affiliate network, I'm responsible for acquiring new publishers - people potentially interested in promoting advertisers' partner programs. When I started at MyLead, the network had 25,000 publishers, today it has over 1,000,000.
I specialize in building and managing affiliate programs. I know that strategic program design drives revenue growth, and my support in optimizing and managing existing programs helps maximize my clients' profits.
Through precise analysis and audits, I identify areas for improvement, leading to better use of affiliate potential. On top of that, my expertise in automation and AI within affiliate marketing lets me streamline processes, save time, and optimize marketing efforts - ultimately translating into higher ROI.
